Why SYMplus™ with plusCARE™?
The demands on CNC software in production and training are increasing and also the operating conditions for our products (operating systems, hardware and applications) are changing more and more rapidly. IT administrators have to integrate software into a wide variety of networks, users want to be able to use software improvements immediately instead of waiting long for updates, service cases with ever-changing requirements have to be solved quickly, and business people need planning security for years to come.

In order to meet these requirements, so that you are always up-to-date with our products and can use them smoothly in the future, we are now breaking new ground.
SYMplus™ combines all previous products of the plus series from production and training under one surface and one name. The software has a modular structure and is also licensed on a modular basis. You can add modules, simulators, licenses according to a clearly arranged scheme.
Term and terms of payment
The plusCARE™ minimum term is two years, beginning with the delivery of the software license, and is then automatically extended by one year at a time, unless written notice of termination is given in writing at least 3 months before the contract expires. Within the plusCARE™ contract period, you will receive a corresponding invoice from us annually on the date of the initial order. After cancellation of the plusCARE™ contract, the right to updates, new features and active support is no longer applicable (FAQ pages still available online). In case of a later reactivation of plusCARE™ new licenses are required.
